Yes , the tax credit for windows, doors, and skylights has been extended through December 31, 2013.

When

2012, 2013

How much:

10% of the cost (not including installation/labor costs), up to $200 for windows and skylights; up to $500 for doors

Timing:

Tax credit in effect in 2012 and 2013. Must be installed in your "principal residence" between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2013.

Qualifications:

You do not have to replace all the windows/doors/skylights in your home to qualify. And it doesn't need to be a replacement either - installing a new window where there wasn't one previously (like in an addition) qualifies.
